We work hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! Please allow 2-8 business days for shipping after your order has been processed.

Processing & Shipping Times:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Standard shipping takes approximately 2-8 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Bubbly Babes Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Returns & Refunds

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, accessories, undergarments, and custom orders are final sale.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at bubblybabesboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

2. If eligible, we'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

3. Ship the item back within 5 days of return approval.

4. Once received, we’ll process your refund/store credit within 5 business days (excluding shipping fees).

Exchanges are only available for size or color changes of the same item, if in stock.

If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Follow the same return process to request an exchange.

We sincerely apologize! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
